Thank you for your bug report regarding card “28007”. We were unable to reproduce this issue. In our tests, during the player end phase, when “28007” is in your hand, it does not count toward your hand size.
However, we did find a bug where it counts toward your hand size when resolving mulligans. We will fix this bug soon, but we’re not sure if this is the situation you mentioned.
