I just want to know if there is an option or a future update to know via a message or a sound when you make a new personnal record best lap?

Otherwise, is it a possibility to automatically restart the race when you make a false start?

It doesn't keep track of best lap times currently, so you will have to resort to pen and paper.

Might add it in the future.

No you have to manually restart (that's the punishment for a false start :p ) . You can press "t" on the keyboard.
