The devs explained that the reason why the gallery hasn’t been implemented in the game yet was due to it having some functionality issues during development and they’re slowly working on trying to implement it as soon as they can with an updated version, but it will take time.
Update: Unfortunately, the gallery has been facing many issues and the devs couldn't figure out what was causing the gallery not to be implemented despite their best efforts, so there will be no art gallery update in the game.
