Update: Unfortunately, the gallery has been facing many issues and the devs couldn't figure out what was causing the gallery not to be implemented despite their best efforts, so there will be no art gallery update in the game.

That's sad to hear, I just hope there's a way to see the sprites and content of the game; unpacking/datamining isn't a good way imo

As far as I know, there is not.

The only other option is just playing through the game normally.
