Roughly  30% of all my users are reporting errors when using the itch.io app.
- All of them can download and run the game if they copy the link into a browser and download the zip file
- For the other 70% it works seamlessly.
- At least one user can also gets an error while trying to report the error

Any help solving this will be appreciated
