Unable to Access Purchased Assets and No Response from Support Email

I can't access some of the bundles in my library, even though I have already paid for them. The download pages for these assets are inaccessible because the developer's page is no longer available.

I've already reported this issue through the support email, but I haven't received any response.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to resolve this would be appreciated.
