Personally, I think I would try to make the hotel more than just a hotel. At risk of sounding a bit like Greta, I feel like the hotel has potential to be more than just a place for those with nowhere else to go. What if some of those people don't have any prospects in life? Sure, working for the hotel is an option, but perhaps the hotel could be expanded to have facilities for those seeking self-improvement. Working internet is a good start, but a more traditional library with every book the hotel has ever copied has its benefits as well. Perhaps guests looking to learn new languages could tutor each other in a space where they can freely turn the hotel's translation effect off and on. With the hotel's ability to re-create objects, perhaps guests could learn to use new tools or play a musical instrument. And of course, there are already options for athletic facilities for any wishing to improve their physical health.
It might be a bit removed from the hotel's mission but I think those options and more could be helpful to guests.
