I got ban's key but i can't get into lance's basement. If I need to restart is there a faster way to farm dragon hides? It took me an hour to get 10.

Did you get the Excalibur sword yet? The mission for the special permit to Merlin's place comes much later than the ban's key. I need to know your progress so that I can help you.
I just finished Asher's Drag Quest and went to merlin's place and was let in, but then was blocked by a knight.
there's a hidden door around, find it and you can enter Merlin's dungeon :D
