Useful Tips:
Save before doing anything that could boost your learned stats. (Reading, Classes, etc.) If you failed to get a boost, just reload and keep trying. The randomizer will agree with you eventually.
You CAN take a loan from the bank to get all 4 of the 15 galleon items, but you better be saving up the money after. Cause by end Nov it'll hit you. (about 31. So really not too bad right now.)
Usually you can take 2-3 full actions before the next step of the day hits. Owl and shower seems to count as half actions. Unless you really need that hygiene. Use this knowledge on upping your relationships.
Questions:Will the male path really be able to use transfigurations to give their "wand" a boost? (you need enough courage to ask Flitwick.) I got to like 55 transfiguration (using tip mentioned above.) and no unlock of that. For the female path though, it is there. Guessing this is unfinished right now for guys. Edit: It's there now. Triggered at 21 Transfiguration.
Probly bit extreme to ask, but is that said transfiguration going to morph said equipment? (more animal like.)
When is being able to get back to Gringots for paying off the loan happening?

Well this is the magic world, tons of kinky options available. (tentacle spell in the works?) Though perhaps bonus base stats or more ways to improve them would be nice.
