when going to start the the time skip varea will disappear if you do the amagal crown ascension quest and when you go to her in her palace she  wont talk about the quest so it basically breaks the game

i recommend either putting someone in her place at the home base  or allow her to do the time skip at her thrown

It's not a bug. The time skip doesn't have an official starting point yet, as it is a work in progress. You can enter the time skip test to play the content that has been finished so far via the sparkling book in Ryen's bedroom.
The dialog and way to get to the time skip screen with Varea will get added later, when the time skip events are more advanced.
