Hello everyone, I’m hosting this game jam called “Fukaha” (Humor in Arabic) and it’s starting today after couple of hours, but I can’t find it on the itch.io jams page and I’m not sure why

Is it because the text in the jam written in Arabic? or is there another reason?

Hey there, the jams are approved manually by the Itch team and usually takes around 7 days to get approved and displayed on the James page.

Oh… I thought it’s automatic

Do I need to apply for it or do they choose themselves?

They manually review every jam that is submitted. It's just a matter of time. Only if it takes more than 7-10 days try to contact them through the support page.
