I know where to find the code thing but everytime I click the area on my map it doesn't appear for me to type im on phone using a mouse I did the correct number sequence and I've lost my saves 5 times and I just want to catch up so I can  create a sync save and be good

See if it's the right version, location and password change every time (also must click a few times).
