Maybe I could fix that problem if I had more information...
What operating system are you two using?
Did you try to download the game more than once?
Did you follow the instructions to run the game?

im using windows 11, I unzipped the file then tried to play and i didnt try installing it twice

Maybe the file is corrupted, maybe you could delete the game and download it again to see if it continues to corrupt.

It did finally more past the screen. It was a very long time. I'd consider modifying that.
