You might want to give Cordova a try; it's under the Apache commercial-friendly open-source license. I've already done some preliminary testing, and the game runs smoothly. However, there are some resolution issues that I can't resolve since I'm not familiar with the game's source code. I'm willing to offer my help with Android development for free, hoping to improve the game. Additionally, I'm not sure how to DM you to send the demo.
