Bundle Freerider games?

I just bought Freerider before I knew that Freerider Recharged existed, also found that it was available for Android phones etc. Is there any chance you would be considering bundling all versions for one price? It would be great to be able to use all full versions for one price instead of paying for each one individually.

I have built a small arduino powered RC- Rx /USB interface for my laptop, so I can use my Tx wireless, now find it works on my tablet, tv box and smart phone w/VR headset, but only have the full version for the windoze. Great game/training by the way, my flying has improved considerably since using FPV Freerider, I recommend it to everyone that doesn't want to crash their drone non stop. ;-)

Just a little food for thought...

That is a good idea. Some kind of bundle might be possible, at least for the desktop versions. Since the android version is only on the google play store it might be tricky to include that one though. I will think about it.

Sounds great to be able to use your Tx wireless. Glad to hear that it has helped your flying improve!

I'd be very interested in a bundle as well. I'm currently holding off purchasing because of this.

I'd actually like all three versions because I would play them on ...

FPV Freerider Remixed - Gaming Desktop PC with the power to handle the higher graphics

FPV Freerider Classic - Intel StickPC for portability with much lower graphics capabilities

FPV Freerider Mobile - On my phone, obviously.

At the very least, it would be nice to have access to Classic when you buy Remixed so I can enjoy the higher graphics on my home desktop PC, but still get in stick time at decent graphics with the StickPC when I'm at work or travelling.

I paid for the Windows FPV Freerider version and was disappointed that I'd have to pay for the Android version on top of this. It would be nice to see some sort of way to allow paid users to download this from your site too. I also was unaware of FPV Freerider recharged which I'd like to get but is there any chance of a discount for those that have already purchased the first game especially as I paid more than the minimum $4.99?

It would be nice to have the classic FPV Freerider included when purchasing the recharged version. It doesn't make sense to buy the old version when you already have the new one.

Well, it's tricky to change pricing, easy to upset people no matter what you do. I tend to look at them as separate versions independent of each other. You can buy only one if you wish, and it will contain everything you need to practice flying. And, if you wish to have more scenes and perhaps some extra functions, you can get the other too. So in that sense you can look at it as a sort of DLC perhaps. One of the main reasons I decided to make two separate versions was that I needed to keep the file size down for the original. And my vision is always to keep the price low, I want everyone in the hobby to be able to afford it.

Well, I have purchased the original and android versions for now. I will wait for the recharged until my flying ability warrants needing another version. LOL.

I have a couple of other suggestions/ideas for you though.

What about a mode switch for those that use rc controllers to be able to switch modes (acro/level flight/3D) with a physical switch/channel on our RC Tx's?

What about your/our ability to add different scenes to the list, like addons that we could buy seperately to build a setup with the scenes that we would like, that would keep the main program at it's original size, and the scenes are addons that make it as small or large as we want it to be?

I think with the price of drones etc these days, everyone can afford Freerider, it is a small price to pay for anything these days, and compared to other sims like (f** event), it's damn near free...And a major bonus with yours is, you can run it on an older pc without the need for heavy graphics cards etc, like the aforementioned sim. If you have seen that one, a nice neon lighted night flight scene would be nice to have in FR also.

Just some more random ideas to think about.

Thanks I'm glad to hear! I am hesitant to add such a function since there are so many type of transmitters with different 2 way/3 way switches etc. My guess is that it will cause a lot of headache for people trying to set it up. It is sort of possible to do already though with a bit of workaround, you can map the keyboard shortcuts to a button/switch on your transmitter with a program such as this:

As for separate sceneries, that is a good idea, and one of the things I would like to be able to feature most of all. However, it is not possible to load custom sceneries into a Unity build, at least no way that I know of. (All the scenes have to be "baked" into the package when building the executable). I hope I will find a solution for this later on though.

Thank you for your feedback and suggestion!
