Pretty much what the title says, having shadows on causes my fps to drop down to 10-30 and while having shadows off Im getting around 60, I have gtx 1650 4gb and a i5 9300h 16gb so I dont think they should be the problem. 

Also when trying to access the menu I have to press esc 5-15 times for it to open/ close which is frustrating, it plays the animation of opening/ closing it but after the animation it just gets back to where it was.  And also I cant turn off nvidia dlss.

Sorry man, there's not much I can do about it. It's a very resource intensive game, especially since it uses Lumen.

Just try setting everything to low and setting the Resolution Scale to somewhere around 70-75, that should help a bit.

If you want the tablet to stop moving, just go in the gameplay page and turn off the camera shake.
