the edge of the bounding box for the crafting area (above the table not the table itself) has options to what you can make that you must scroll through if there is more than one possible result from the mixture, like how you can scroll the actions of an item you are looking at normally. You can also have extra junk on the table if you don't want to count parts, the game does not care it is simply messy
