We are looking for RPGMaker mappers, pixel artists and spriters to make tiles, and/or help sprite some fan-made Pokemon and characters. UI and menu stuff would also be helpful but really as long as you have good experience with spriting/pixel art stuff and can show some of your work, you should be able to join the project and help out. Because it is a fangame, we are all volunteering and contributing to the game in our free time, so we all do the work for free. Just a fun passion project if you will!
By the way, the maps are not all custom tiles by us haha, many are public resources. We will just need some custom tiles every once in awhile.
