The save folder for the android is somewhere in the system files and can't be reached by normal means.
Some cheats are available in the sparkling book in Ryen's bedroom in the castle of Aldlyn.
It's possible to use joiplay to play the windows version on your phone, which allows you to access the save folder, and the programm has some cheats for RPG maker games, I believe. However, the game lags more on joiplay, and you wouldn't be able to keep the progress you had in your android version when you switch.
