The last GameMaker version where Builder semi-reliably works is 2023.8, though even there you may encounter a variety of issues that are next to impossible to debug. I think it鈥檚 safe to say that the plugin has reached the natural end of its lifecycle.
Constructor issues are best reported in its respective repository, and you鈥檒l likely want to include the compile log / check JS console output for errors.
