I am hoping I can get some advice, I have contacted Itch.ios support email in hopes of getting a refund for some assets that I cannot use. However, I have not received a reply from anyone or an update stating that my request has been viewed. Is there a separate support line I need to consult for these types of things? I would appreciate all the help I can get. My ticket number is 186444.
