An honest review

First off, there's a lot of beauty in this game, and I understand what it's like to spend months creating something and putting your everything into it. I have a lot of respect for the creator in making this world.

I gotta be honest though... this game is rough. The description says to expect about 45 min of gameplay. Of that, nearly 10 min is spent on the intro... not interactive and no premise is set. It's just random imagery that moves slowly and goes on forever.

Then you finally get to the game and spend the next 3 minutes walking in a straight line along a pier. There is only one way to go.

"Only one way to go" would sum up most of my experience, tbh. It's an exploration game (which is a genre I love), but  it's mostly following a predetermined path — with few branches or choices, and nothing to find, look for, unravel or accomplish. You just walk forward.

It's a beautiful setting but, unfortunately, nothing to really explore or do.

Oh, something actually happens after the 10 minutes intro? I thought the game crapped out when I was stuck on a black screen with white streaks for five minutes and Alt-F4'ed it. So hard to tell with these artsy-fartsy games...
