SVG Animation Assistant is a tool to quickly and easily animate Inkscape SVGs.

How it works:

• It's a separate utility which runs along side Inkscape.
• Whenever you save your Inkscape file it upates in the assistant.
• Each layer in your Inkscape illustration becomes a frame.
• You can configure frame duration and set frames as static background frames.
