Hi, I ordered two physical copies of the calendar, one for me and one as a gift for a friend. I have created an account and downloaded my files (I do not need to download the calendar files, correct? They will be included with my physical calendar?). 

But how do I give my friend access to the downloads he will need. The purchases are under my email. Do I just share my email and password with him so he can access the content? 

A physical copy of the calendar is a printed version of those calendar files.

You are given a link code for every digital copy you purchased. If you have another link code, you can give that to your friend, or give them access to the PDF, perhaps through account sharing, or download them and hand it to them.
