Cursed dagger, rope and candle only work at the start of the hunt when ghost is not moving. Once it began moving they will not affect her. You will need to know her spawn point so you can attack her as soon as she is visible. Mirror works differently. You will need to be in front of regular mirror and press 'Use Key(F)' to activate the red rays.

After playing the game for longer, I realized how big it really is and how many secrets it contains (I can't imagine how much time they spent on the script), although I initially thought it was one of those simple games where you can open the entire gallery in 20-30 minutes.
