For example, I keep getting stuck on the ending where Anon's health declines so much he dies or something? 

I was wondering if there was any way to prevent/fix that, something in game or do I need to change the save file. If so, what do I change?

Probably too much drugs, not enough sleep, or too silly. (Take less drugs, sleep, go on walks, talk with your bot, hold her hand, headpats, kissing, etc to fix.)
