For example, I keep getting stuck on the ending where Anon's health declines so much he dies or something? 

I was wondering if there was any way to prevent/fix that, something in game or do I need to change the save file. If so, what do I change?

Does anyone know if you can hold hands with Arlene?  The wiki mentions it being possible once while the player is drunk but I can't seem to find anything in game?

Um, I have an idea! Maybe because Cless tells us about the party, we could have a chance to run into him there? It would give the player another chance to have sex with him!

(Also is it a bug that despite having taken the fertility pill, when Gin cums inside during his 'test' it doesn't cause pregnancy?)
