Screentearing

Hi there!

Hoping that someone might be able to help. I'm experiencing major screen tearing (or scan lines?) on my PNGs as they animate. It happens on the X and Y axis, like they move into each other. I didn't notice any of the example GIFs having them so I don't know if I've done something wrong or if I'm trying to make the program do more than it can. I've attached a video as reference so you can see what I mean !

I've tested it on two seperate computers, one with an i5 11400 CPU and a GTX 1070ti GPU and the other PC has a Ryzen 5 3600x CPU and a RTX 3070 GPU and the screen tearing is present in both, so I don't quite know what to do!

Thanks for everyone's help! >u<

just how the program looks this is intentional

Thank you for the answer!! I appreciate you letting me know! If it's alright to ask, I was wondering if there might be a way to turn it off or mitigate it at all? I didn't seem to notice it in the example PNGTubers, but whenever mine is doing an idle animation the offset cuts of the model are a bit distracting. (For example, the eyebrow & chin line cuts on the Y axis and the Hair on the X axis on this screenshot) Thank you again!!
