Just wondering how often public releases are made. Because I was looking through the changelogs and for while it looked like public releases were every other update. Which would be fantastic because I completely understand wanting to prioritize patron releases by giving patrons early access a month before a public release. It's a very sensible and perfectly fair idea in terms of marketing as it gives your patrons their moneys worth by giving them early access as a benefit of being a paid patron while still letting people who can't afford a monthly fee enjoy your game. My confusion stems from the fact that while I was looking through the changelogs I noticed that after a while none of the releases were labeled "public". As someone who unfortunately can't afford to pay a monthly donation I would greatly appreciate some clarity on the matter. Have I misunderstood the changelogs or will there no longer be any public releases?  Or perhaps will public releases be less frequent from now on? I'm sorry if I sound like an entitled prat I just want to make sure that I'll be able to enjoy some of the future content before playing.

It's because back before I made the patreon limitation through build version that unfortuantely meant that I couldn't bring free bugfixes to everyone and this caused problems. Now first I release on dev access branch for early, then for everyone. While the patreons still have access with support codes. This way everyone receives the bug fixes. The content updates are not unlocked one after the other. When I make longer story updates I keep them locked until I make another longer story update. So I can always have a benefit for patreon as I need to since they literally fund this game. Other than this it depends on other smaller events. Some new events are brought straight into public , yet some new events require previous story ( like something needing to happen so you can access this one) then it must be locked otherwise lore wouldn't make sense. The changelogs may be harder to read but im active on discord if you wish to know anything just dm me etc. I answer as soon as i see msg. ❤️

Ok Thank you. So far the game looks great. Good characters and an interesting story so far. Haven't gotten to any gameplay/sandbox mechanics yet because intro is pretty long. But in my experience that is usually a sign of more in depth story and more thought out characters so I see that as a good thing. I'll probably play a little more first before I decide whether or not I commit but from what I've seen so far I'll probably join the discord some time today.
