Hey LAGS, I have seen this similar image from someone with Luna and Sabrina crossed off. Also Faith, Hanachan and Ginger is marked with red circle, meaning they are marriage option for Mac so why they have sex with Ted but other girls don't?

These are all girls that player can have sexual relations in my future project Magic Ring. It's not the complete list since there are some character that will only appear in that game.

As for this image, Regina is trying to reduce the number of girls affected by ring.

If you replace Luna with Wendy, disappears and don't work with Mac. Sabrina is no longer under the effect because there will be thing in Magic Ring, if you don't have sex with a girl for long time she will no longer be in effect of the ring and player will not be able have sex with them forever. 

On topic of Faith, Hana and Ginger you have some events for each of them. Failing each events will resulting in the condition those characters are in right now like Faith falling for Kent, Hana dying a tragic death and Ginger working with her sister.
