I wrote this game back in 2002, and recently updated some library in order to be playable on modern systems.

Starblastrix is a side scrolling shoot'em up game in which your task is to complete the 8 missions destroying as many enemies as you can.Fight against the alien civiliziation that is trying to colonize Earth.
