• Player as futa with a big enough dick could cumflate one of the girls that can be picked up
• Futa Player, when fucking appropriate enemies, can impregnate them
• Allow a possible corrupted ending where you can merge (possibly through fucking) with the final boss instead of trying to escape
• Final Boss getting a grapple that's a full body paizuri or sitting on the player
• Maybe bad ends where breast/womb/dick grow too much, resulting in a special scene with immobilizing breasts/belly/dick
