An Agreement He Made With The Owner Of His Detective Agency's Building, One That Was Ounce A Restaurant "Giuseppe Esposito" (The Owner) & Isaiah Both Agree On Turning His Restaurant Into A Detective Agency/Restaurant Mix Called The Soup Or' Natural Detective Agency (A Name They Both Agreed On) But It Is Then Torn Apart By The Police From The DCPD, Because Of Unpaid Rent. Now Isaiah Has To Operate Under The Prying Eye Of The DCPD Police, With Two New Police Officials Over Him At All Times.
