Hello, I am relatively new to the game, I started yesterday and already have both Croydon Street House and Sunflower City Streets unlocked. I have several doubts and I don't know if the Strange Doll and the Masturbation Toy are good for something or are just collectibles.

Another question I have is that I only have the first piece of the Lust Outfit, I don't know how to get the others.

And finally, I don't know if in Sunflower City Streets you can do something more secret or recruit a girl, for now I only have Sabrina and I don't know how to unlock the others.

If you find another missing part of doll it will have animations with that toy, Sabrina and Lust (it's found in another map you haven't mentioned here). 

You must recruit Lust so that part will appear on the city streets.

After catching ghost Nina will appear near Hot Girls club.
