I contacted around 5 months or so ago regarding changing the amount of taxes withheld, and thought it was handled. I only got a reply last week that gave me further instructions on how to process that. So now I have 5 months worth of taxes to sort through and withhold. 

Then I had a patron who cannot get itch.io to link properly with his Patreon account to access the game and I have yet to hear back from itch.io support for days now, even after follow-up emails. I can't imagine waiting another 5 months for responses to every question or request, large or small. 

I don't know if it's a staffing issue or what, but I hope it is remedied soon. Maybe a Discord with a support channel could help, or I'd probably even settle for phone support at this point.
