Is it possible to publish / export in such a way to run the interactive app in a browser but without the decker toolbar, etc. -- in a "headless" way, so only the application itself can be seen and interacted with?

You may be looking for "locked" decks, which hide the main menu and thus most editing tools.

From the "File" menu, choose "Properties", and then click the "Protect..." button. It will prompt you for a location to save a "locked" copy of the deck.

As discussed elsewhere, if you ever lock a deck by accident it is easy to manually edit a .deck or .html file to "unlock" it again.

Nice!
