Hello, are you signing up as a patron or a demo user? Off the top of my head that sounds like a vpn issue. Are you using a vpn? You will need to turn it off only temporarily for the first login.

Can you send me a DM on discord? I need some of your information to take a closer look.

This FAQ video may be helpful:

There could be a couple reasons you are stuck in a loading loop, something is blocking the game from speaking to your browser or you have it open already but buried in one of your browser tabs. Other solutions: Please check to see what your default browser is set to in Windows and add a default browser. If you are using a VPN, Ad-blocker, or a antivirus firewall, you will need to make an exception or disable them for your first login.

I've signed up and took down any firewalls and VPNs, but it keeps saying that I have a invalid email or password, and to check credentials...

I can take a closer look. Can you come to our discord and file a ticket in the support area? You will need to DM me your email and username as well.

Please come to the discord if the issue persists

I keep getting an error saying I can't sign up, or sign in to the demo version. No email confirming sign up, or anything. I understand why people would want to have DRM features, but you should really just implement the Patreon pairing feature itch already offers. A singleplayer game shouldn't need my email, a million times so for a demo. I've completely lost interest in the product

email verification code does not work try it three times
