Currently you can find jams you've joined by clicking Jams, then there's a "Jam Dashboard" with buttons for Jams Joined, Jams Submitted and Jams Hosted.

These buttons should also exist on the "Game jams" page of the Creator Dashboard ( https://itch.io/dashboard/jams ).
