Panicking, can't load saved city to edit it??

I had a final city map, wanted to save to collection, but didn't have a login. Created one, but then it took me to a brand new map. I tried to go back, but it only sent me to a very old version (that I don't even remember saving) - I had saved .json files, but when I go into Landmark > Load, nothing happens.  Help!!!  :(

I do wish the Menu had a Save button front & center so I didn't have to click around trying to find a way to save the map I spent an hour on, aaugh D:  It's otherwise a lovely generator, I can work on another city while I cry over losing this one - a way to increase the number of districts and the ordering of the numbers would be fantastic (#3 and #4 were on opposite sides of the map, with #8 in the middle, so that was odd, haha).

You don't need to click around trying to find a way to save a map, because THERE IS NO SUCH WAY. The closest thing to saving a map is saving its permalink (Generate > From URL), but permalinks do not encode manual changes made to a map (e.g. warping). Exported json files are only good for importing them in the City Viewer.

There is logic behind the way of ordering districts in the districts, but I don't remember what is that logic :) I'll check it, maybe it's just broken.

Aaaaaaaaah, that would be why the file was random text, haha!

Is it possible to add save functionality, or is that limited by itch.io code?  (Me no code, me just point mouse and clik buton, derp derp)  A way to draw your own district boundaries would be cool, but totally understandable if that's beyond the scope of the generator. I was able to make several lovely maps for my game last Sunday, so overall very pleased!  :D

Itch.io is not the problem (although implementing this functionality on Arcana would be more convenient). The problem is that I would need to save and load a lot of data to keep loaded maps editable (and that's the whole point, otherwise saving png would be enough, right?). And that data would change with every new release making previously saved maps unuseable. Simply put, it's a big task. But it's on my list :)
