Downloading purchases through the CLI

Hello, I'm trying to automate my system setup (I change hardware a lot) and I'm confused if what I want to achieve is possible. I'd like a way to programmatically download things I've purchased through the command line, again I'm trying to automate so I don't want to use the GUI. I've looked into the various tooling available including butler, butlerd, and cutter. From my understanding, butler does not allow me to download things I haven't uploaded which I find strange. Even though I have my credentials stored on my machine for use by the program, there doesn't seem to be a way to download things I haven't uploaded.

For butlerd and cutter, its too much of a manual setup to be automated. I really don't want to build a binary to handle this for me.

Finally, I saw there is an api, which I could theoretically use via curl, but again, there is no method by which I can download things I have not uploaded.

Is there any way to just simply download something I haven't uploaded but have paid for? Any help would be appreciated.
