The current system is basically, unless all people approve a bundle, the bundle is not going life and needs to be recreated from scratch without the disapproving persons. This is pretty time consuming for everyone involved. Many users here dislike the idea of "now, Its too late for me to withdraw from the bundle. Thus I continue to participate despite not really wanting to do it anymore." This is understandable and legitimate ofcourse. 

But especially because both of thiese facts, the current system causes unnecessary problems. 

If people would be able to delete people who do not approve a bundle, from the bundle, both sides of the problem can be helped the best. Then, people could back off/out of a bundle at any time without causing trouble for other users. And people do not need to recreate their bundle because of this.
