Startup ... issues

Whenever i try and start the game, it disconnects my secondary monitor and starts the game only showing a white screen, the game seems to be actually running though, i hear the sounds and its clicking stuff... problem might be my weird screen resolution i have to use cause i am using a tv as monitor which does have huge overscan, using nvidia to adjust it (which sets the resolution to something weird). it could be that your game does not like to be in a non-standard resolution and thus glitches out because it starts fullscreen. if possible, give me an option to actually start the game windowed or make it compatible with non-standard resolution :D

Edit: Running Win10, its not a DirectX issue either, the installer just gives me the message "a newer version is already installed"

oh and if something like that does not belong here, let me know where i should actually post it cause i am new to itch.io ^^

hi, you can switch between fullscree and windowed mode with alt+enter maybe that helps?

already tried, the first time the game just closed then, and on subsequent tries it just does not do anything .

its been a while, but the issue still persists on recent version, it seemingly even became worse cause now after closing the game it glitches out everything too with black graphic glitches appearing everywhere until i restart my pc ...

Yeah I've had a few reports of this problem.
I'm really scratching my head here trying to figure it out. Such a weird thing to happen. Anyways thanks for being patient, I'll try my best still!

What could be it is that your game does not like non-standard Resolutions, i have to have my monitor at a very weird resolution due to overscan issues and if i set it to a standard resolution (which then cuts a lot off) it works... An option to start in windowed might help there or always start windowed and make fullscreen optional, then the resolution wouldnt matter
