I'm fully stuck at the portion directly after I talk to Jasper. It looks like someone took a virus to the computer, and so I can't get to the window right behind it called "new password.png". I've tried clicking, and I've tried incessantly pressing the button that doesn't exit out. I've even tried using the plastic juice on it. Any hints?

Go to the screen where there's the password and drag the window that's in front of the password to see it c:
