I bought the PRO version, whenever I select the paint area it immediately says "it appears rustangelo was unable to capture the palette area". It never gives me a chance to select the palette area, just that error message, everytime. Kinda annoying.
Hello, it appears you chose to remember the palette position initially. To reset this, click the Option button, then click on Forget Coordinates. Now you will be able to capture the paint controls area before painting. Please make sure you capture it correctly; refer to the tutorial or demo video for guidance.
