Story Writer - Someone to write the Backstory, Progression, and Ending of the game.

Character Artist - Someone who has a specialty with drawing 2d Platformer, non-pixel-art, characters.

Level Artist - Someone who can draw beautiful non-pixelated levels for the game.

Background Artist - An artist who specializes in backgrounds, preferably layered ones.

Animator - Someone who can animate non-pixel 2d characters in a specified style.

Orchestral Composer - A video game composer who can make music similar to Ori or Hollow Knight.
