I wanted to commend you for your attention to details regarding lore, and I hope you continue to do it !

So Mariam is the daughter of the tall lady and she's aunt of Mac, and in the picture in Hilford Asylum we can see ''aunt (tall lady), Mariam (bloody marry), Miss Ruth (which I assume is the girlfriend of Mac that Mariam is referring to in this video) and we can see 1 daughter that I wasn't able to connect to anyone and tall lady's husband and son, which I don't think they appeared yet in the story. Also the fact that aunt / tall lady has been killed by doctor of Asylum is amazing once you find out.

But it seems like you are changing the roles in the story, so I'm gonna have to catch and see who is who again.  : )  

I wish you kept her to be his aunt, but it's your decision at the end of the day, and that picture where aunt fucks Mac behind her husband back is so goddamn hot, please don't remove it :D
