Interesting tutorial.

While I probably wouldn't use it personally because I have my own way of doing walk cycles, this may work for people who are doing something specific to this style if it is their intent.

I could go into detail on why I wouldn't but at the same time, I really don't want to make this into a thing where I force feedback since that's not really your intent here to have that. I do like your moxie on helping others in spite of that.

tell me about this, i officialy do lots of walking animation instead of this. i would just use this tutorial just for in case for my metroidvania jam. just sayin'

let me share you a little tip I learned over the years
if you push the whole character up when one of the legs is straight
the walk appears a bit more dynamic:

of course this part is kind of subjective - depends on what you prefer 馃
