Recently I can't pay by PayPal again, it always says that I haven't bound any bank card, and no matter how many times I tried I will go back to the same web page. However I have bound a bank card on PayPal and I can use PayPal somewhere else, and even here a month ago.  I think there might be a bug here, please fix it.
