Anything more than local multiplayer (e.g. 2 players using WASD/arrows respectively to play) is a bad idea, unless you really know what you're doing. It's hard to send data between machines and coordinate everything from the server. Your game looks promising, and you should focus more on polish and playtesting to make it a good singleplayer experience first.
