What the hell, how do I beat demon generals without star knightess?

Even 75% weakened they deal stupid damage. Sathanas, 75% weakened, is hitting Aura with 112 magic defense AND fire resistance, for up to 40 damage x 4 with his fire attack, a crit from hitting the slime first deals 400  x 2.. My fire slime got hit for 400 damage and insta-gibbed by it's first auto.

This is an 18000 health boss where the highest non-forced knightess amount was Moloch's 2700....

It's difficult enough to get to the generals pre-day 100, even on normal, but if I'm forced to Star Knightess to win, even while they're weakened, I feel like the entire point of the game falls apart. There's no challenge here, it's either impossible or a free win.

If you defeat Belphegor(who has lower overall stats, even if he has an ally) first you can learn pacify to cripple Sathanas' damage until he runs out of mana.

Using a red slime can keep Sathanas from gaining tactical advantage during the mana phase due to red slime's innate resistance against fire damage. And flame cloak will let your slime contribute even when it's doing nothing but guarding and eating apples.

I had pacify from Nephlune. Even with it the damage output is absurd because the numbers are absurd. I was using a fire slime. Should I have been higher than level 8? Should I have progressed further in Hermann's quest for massive stat boosts? Even the fire slime I had I coated in magic defense coating (+10 magic defense) and it could barely live pacified fire attacks, and regular attack kills it because of their dark weaknesses.

How does flame cloak assist the slime?

While star shine means extra levels on Aura is always a good thing for your allies(including the slime), it might be sufficient to just feed your fire slime a lascivious coating drug since its +10 mdef stacks with the +10 mdef of anti-magic coating for a combined +20. Maybe add a sweet memories drug or two as well depending on how much health it has.

Flame cloak doesn't assist the slime directly, but it reduces Sathanas' mdef when he starts using normal attacks against your slime, which makes Aura's light spells hit harder, making the slime useful even when it's doing nothing but healing and guarding.

As always, you can have your slime toss a blessed bomb at the enemy to gain advantage for improved dodge chance.

Still don't know how I would then deal 18000 damage. My light 2's were barely cracking 400 damage. 18k and hundreds of stat points even 75% reduced is just way too high to deal with before day 100. Even a Star Knightess Light 2 only did 3K.

Do I absolutely have to rely on drugs? If so I don't see why I wouldn't just bloodshot eyes, but man, I just feel so stretched thin and demotivated post-festival of greed. Everything leading up to and including the festival was absolutely wonderful, but after the festival I feel pulled in about a dozen different directions alongside absurd 100 day timers and the biggest difficulty spike I've ever seen when it comes to the demon generals. I mopped the floor with the final 'boss' guards prior to Sathanas, barely taking any damage, defeating Moloch core on the same day and progressing to Sathanas, only to meet a boss I feel more than 2x weaker than. How is a slime supposed to heal? It eats blessed apples for 22 health while getting auto'd by Sathanas for 400...what are you talking about?

Fighting Sathanas is more about endurance than it is about rushing him down. The map itself hints at this by encouraging the player to grind mdef to avoid the curse while also allowing you to set up shortcuts so you have more time remaining before you get cursed.

While I'm not sure if bloodshot eyes can be taken in conjunction with lascivious coating, anti-magic coating + lascivious coating + bloodshot should push your slime somewhere north of 80 mdef. Considering that hi-Sathanas has an effective matk of 25 before day 100 on normal mode, a few blessed apples should suffice to get your slime to tank another hit or two. And once Hi-demon Sathanas is out of mana, your slime has done its duty and should probably die to avoid giving Sathanas free tactical advantage(shifting to into wind slime at that point might work if fly lets you dodge dark basic attacks but again, haven't tested that one).

But when I said blessed bombs, that included blessed acid bombs. Hi-Sathanas with broken defenses before day 100 effectively has the same amount of def/mdef as a regular scorpio. Just keep cycling light II and regular attacks and heal Aura when needed and you should be able to get through his 18k health in 18-24 turns.

...come to think of it, It's possible that you're supposed to use radiance instead of water skin and hope the combination of distraction slime, tactical advantage and/or blessed vitality potions can get Aura past past the fire spells in good enough health for the slugfest that follows.

I figured out the demon generals and how to pump my stats before them/prepare for them. Definitely do sloth first. Also if you're on normal mode and have tons of money, especially if you're giving drug formulas to the demon worshippers, buy tons of sweet memories and just pump your slime up corruption and addiction free. By the time I fought Belphegor and Sathanas, Aura had about 300 health...my fire slime had like nearly 500 on top of like 50+ defenses in both even before it bloodshot+d for triple stats. Sathanas was lucky to break double digit damage against the slime even on a critical.

Concentrated aura did 2K light 2 damage without even drugging, I would not have been surprised if he died in just a couple of times if I bloodshot+'d Aura.. Lewd knowledge is a powerful beast, as if flame robe.
